Investing with close friends and relatives is encouraged at Maihomm. A group of friends and (or) families can signup;  the group will be represented by an individual who is the lead investor having sole permission to conduct transactions with Maihomm on behalf of the group. The group will be issued paperwork on the co-ownership of their property. An individual from the group cannot cash out or sell a piece of the property, as this can be done only as a group.
